One HTML file No account Works offline Pay once

Not a spreadsheet.
A planner that actually runs.

Every BigPandaPixel planner is a single HTML file. Download it once, double-click it, and it opens in the browser you already have โ€” no install, no login, no monthly fee. It keeps working with the wifi off, and nothing you type ever leaves your device.

Today โ€” three things, and a box for everything else.

Watch it work

A file you open, not a service you join

Two things worth seeing before you buy: what happens between the download and the first screen, and what the planner does once it is open. Both are running live below โ€” no video to load.

Loop ยท download to open

Download, double-click, done

No installer, no app store, no account screen between the file landing in your downloads folder and the planner being open.

Recording ยท the extra payment slider

The date moves as you drag

Real arithmetic on a worked example โ€” a card, a car loan and a store card. Everything recalculates in the file, on your device, with nothing sent anywhere.

The difference

You already tried the spreadsheet

Most digital planners are an Excel or Google Sheets file. They work โ€” until you delete the wrong cell, or you are on a phone, or the tab you need is the fourteenth one along. These are not that. They are small pieces of software that happen to arrive as a file.

Sixteen plannersFive categories

Pick the one that matches the problem

Every one is built the same way โ€” one file, offline, private, yours to keep. These two are the ones people ask for most; the rest are grouped by the problem they fix.

Focus & daily planning

ADHD Planner for Women

Get it out of your head first, do three things instead of twenty, and find out how long tasks really take you. Seven connected screens, with cycle-aware focus tracking you can switch off entirely.

Debt payoff & money

Payoff Path โ€” Debt Payoff Tracker

One clear debt-free date instead of a spreadsheet full of formulas. Drag the extra-payment slider and watch the date move โ€” snowball and avalanche calculated on your own numbers.

From buying it to using it

Four steps, about two minutes

Buy on Etsy

Checkout happens on Etsy, so your payment details go to them and never to us.

Download straight away

Etsy gives you the download the moment payment clears. Nothing is posted to you.

Unzip and double-click

One HTML file. Double-clicking it opens it in your default browser. There is no installer.

Start typing

It opens with a worked example already loaded, so you can see how it behaves before adding anything of your own.

Keep the file somewhere you will find it again. Bookmark it once it is open, or drop it in your Documents folder. It is yours permanently โ€” there is no account that can expire and no server that can be switched off.

What "one file" actually buys you

The whole planner, and nothing behind it

There is no server, no account system and no analytics in these files. That is not a privacy promise you have to take on trust โ€” it is the reason they open with the wifi off.

Nothing leaves your device

Your entries are stored by your own browser. The file makes no network requests, so there is nowhere for anything to be sent.

Opens with no internet

On a plane, in a waiting room, with the router unplugged. It never needed a connection in the first place.

Any device with a browser

Windows, macOS, Linux, Chromebook, iPad, Android, phones. Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox.

Backup and restore built in

Export your data to a file whenever you like, and import it on another device or after a browser clear-out.

Print-ready screens

Every screen has a proper print layout, so the plan can leave the screen and go on the fridge.

Six themes, four text sizes

The text size scales the entire page, not just the words, so nothing breaks when you make it bigger.

Questions worth asking

Is this an app I install, or a spreadsheet?

Neither. It is a single HTML file โ€” the same kind of file a web page is made of. You double-click it and your browser opens it. There is nothing to install, no app store, and no Excel, Google Sheets or Notion involved.

Do I need to be online to use it?

Only to download it. After that it works completely offline, forever. The file makes no network requests at all, which is also why nothing you type can be sent anywhere.

Where is my data stored, and can you see it?

Everything is saved locally by your browser on the device you are using, and it saves as you type. We cannot see any of it. There is no account, no cloud and no server โ€” there is nowhere for us to look.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

Local storage is cleared with it, so your entries would go. This is the one real trade-off of a file with no cloud behind it. Every planner has an export button โ€” save a backup file somewhere safe now and then, and you can restore it in one click.

Does it sync between my laptop and my phone?

Not automatically, because there is no account to sync through. Use the built-in export on one device and import on the other to move your data across.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy the file once and it is yours. There is nothing to renew, nothing that expires, and no way for us to switch it off.

Will it send me reminders or notifications?

No, and it cannot. It is a file you open, not a program running in the background. If you want reminders, your phone's own alarm app is better at it than any planner.

Can I get a refund?

Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final. If it will not open or does not behave as described, get in touch before asking for a refund โ€” it is nearly always something we can fix in a message or two. See the refund policy for the detail.
