What to include
None of this is required — write however you like. But if something is broken, these four things usually let us answer with a solution instead of a question.
- Which planner it concerns — ADHD Planner for Women, or Payoff Path.
- Your Etsy order number, if you have already bought it.
- Your device and browser — for example "iPad, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
- What you see on screen, and what you expected instead. A photo of the screen is perfect.
Please do not send us your planner data. We almost never need it, and it contains things like your finances or your health ratings. A description of the problem, or a screenshot with the numbers covered, is enough.

Three things that solve most messages
The planner opens blank or looks broken
Almost always because the file was opened from inside the zip rather than unzipped first. Extract the folder properly, then double-click the .html file inside it. Full steps for every device are on the delivery page.
My entries have disappeared
Your data is stored by the browser, for that specific file. It goes if browser data was cleared, if the file was opened in private mode, if you switched browsers, or if the file was moved to a very different location. If you have an export backup, import it and you are back. If not, we unfortunately cannot recover it — we never had a copy. See the privacy policy for why.
I want to know if it does a specific thing
Ask — this is our favourite kind of message. The full screen-by-screen breakdown is on each product page (ADHD Planner, Payoff Path), but if you cannot find your answer there, write to us and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is no.
Business, team or classroom use? The standard licence covers you and your household. For anything wider, email us — it is usually straightforward to arrange.
