Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Nothing is posted to you. Every product here is a digital download delivered by Etsy the moment your payment clears. There is no shipping cost, no delivery address, no customs and no waiting.
1. No physical shipping
We do not ship physical goods. There is no printed planner, no USB stick and no packaging. What you buy is a file, and it reaches you over the internet within seconds.
That means there are no shipping fees, no delivery estimates, no tracking numbers, no import duties and no country we cannot deliver to.
2. When it arrives
Immediately. Etsy makes the download available as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds of checkout.
Occasionally a payment method takes longer for Etsy to verify. If that happens, your download unlocks automatically the moment it clears, and Etsy emails you when it is ready. Nothing is needed from us.
3. Where to find your download
Etsy gives you three routes to the same file:
- The confirmation screen immediately after checkout, with a download button on it.
- The email Etsy sends you, containing a download link.
- Your Etsy account, under Purchases and reviews, where every digital order you have ever placed stays available.
If you bought as a guest, use the link in the Etsy email. Keep that email — it is your permanent route back to the file.
4. What is in the file
You will receive a zip folder. Inside it are two things:
- One HTML file — this is the entire planner. Every screen, every calculation and every theme is inside this single file.
- One illustrated PDF guide — a step-by-step walkthrough with pictures, 8 pages for the ADHD Planner for Women and 9 pages for Payoff Path.
There is no installer, no setup program, no licence key to enter and no account to create.
5. Opening it on your device
Unzip the folder first. Opening the HTML file from inside a zip preview is the single most common reason a planner appears blank, on every operating system.
Windows
Right-click the downloaded zip → Extract All. Open the extracted folder and double-click the .html file. It opens in your default browser.
macOS
Double-click the zip to unpack it, then double-click the .html file. If it opens in an unexpected app, right-click it → Open With → Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
iPad and iPhone
Open the Etsy email in Safari and download the file. In the Files app, tap the zip to unpack it, then tap the .html file to open it in Safari. Add it to your Home Screen if you want a one-tap route back.
Android
Download the zip, then unpack it with your Files app or any zip tool. Tap the .html file and choose Chrome when asked which app to use.
Chromebook and Linux
Unpack the zip through the Files application, then double-click the .html file. It opens in your browser.
6. What you need
- A device with a modern web browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, kept reasonably up to date.
- Enough storage for a file of a few hundred kilobytes. It is smaller than most photographs.
- An internet connection only to download it. After that the planner works entirely offline, permanently.
You do not need Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, Notion, or any app from an app store.
7. Re-downloading later
Your download stays in your Etsy account indefinitely. Sign in, go to Purchases and reviews, find the order, and download it again — on a new laptop, after a reinstall, or years later. There is no download limit and no expiry.
Note that re-downloading gives you a fresh copy of the planner, not of the data you entered into it. Those are separate, and the second one lives only on your device.
8. Keeping it safe
Two habits make everything easier later:
- Put the unzipped file somewhere permanent — your Documents folder rather than Downloads, which many people clear out. Then bookmark it once it is open, so it is one click away.
- Export a backup from inside the planner now and then. Your entries live in your browser's storage, and clearing browser data will remove them. The export button saves everything to a small file you can re-import in one click, on this device or any other.
9. If it does not arrive
Work through this in order:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the Etsy email.
- Sign in to Etsy and look under Purchases and reviews — the file is always there, whatever happened to the email.
- If the payment is still pending, wait a short while; the download unlocks by itself.
- If the file downloads but will not open, read section 5 again — unzipping first solves most cases.
