Your GPA, live — and the number you actually want
Type a score, an out-of and a weight. The planner works out the course percentage, the letter, your term GPA and your cumulative GPA. Then it answers the real question: what do I need on what is left? One line, with the arithmetic shown underneath, and a red warning when a target has become impossible — which is far better to know in week ten than in week sixteen.
Every clinical hour, banked and provable
Log the shift on the way home: date, unit, preceptor, start, end, break. The hours are calculated for you, night shifts crossing midnight included. Come portfolio time you press one button and get a spreadsheet of every hour you have ever worked, instead of trying to reconstruct February from memory.
A competency record that proves itself
Move each skill from observed, to assisted, to independent. Beside every one sits the number of shifts on which you actually practised it — pulled from your shift log, so it cannot be inflated and cannot go stale. It is also the answer when a preceptor asks "when did you last do this?"
The brain sheet, ready before handover
A full SBAR report sheet — situation, background, assessment, recommendation, plus vitals, labs, medications and a shift to-do list that prints as empty tick boxes. Fill it the night before, print it, fold it into your scrubs. Initials and a room number only; the form says so, and so does the guide.
Care plans and concept maps that start themselves
The blank page is the hard part. The care plan is laid out as the three-part diagnostic statement your school wants — diagnosis, related to, as evidenced by — with goals, interventions and rationales kept line for line, because that is how they get marked. Drug maps draw as real SVG diagrams: one drug in the middle, six branches out.
Study you can finally see
Hours by week, hours by course, a streak that only counts if today counts, and five-box flashcards that send a card you half-remembered straight back to box one. The course you have been avoiding is the short bar on the chart. It is uncomfortable and it is useful.

A 45 out of 50 worth 10% of the course contributes 9 percentage points towards your final — not 45, and not 90.
Exam 1 at 82/100 weight 20 gives 16.4. Exam 2 at 91/100 weight 20 gives 18.2. A care plan at 45/50 weight 10 gives 9.0. That is 43.6 points banked out of the 50% graded so far: 43.6 ÷ 50 × 100 = 87.2%, a B+, worth 3.3 grade points.
(3.3 × 6 credits) + (2.3 × 3) + (4.0 × 4) + (3.0 × 3) = 51.7 quality points. 51.7 ÷ 16 credits = a 3.23 term GPA.
(target − points already banked) ÷ remaining weight × 100. So (90 − 43.6) ÷ 50 × 100 = 92.8% needed on everything still to be marked.
07:00 to 19:30 is 12 hours 30 minutes, less a 30-minute break, so 12.0 hours. Nothing is rounded up for you.

Yes. Every screen is responsive. On iPad and Android the simplest route is to save the file to your device's Files app and open it from there.
Will you see anything I put into it?
No, and we could not if we wanted to. The file makes no network requests — there is no server for it to talk to. Everything you type is stored by your own browser on your own device.
Is this a subscription?
