Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Who we are
This website and the planners sold through it are operated by BigPandaPixel ("we", "us", "our"), trading from [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME AND ADDRESS].
You can contact us at any time at hello@bigpandapixel.com or through our Etsy shop.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, or by downloading and using a planner you have bought from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or the planner.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.
3. What this website is
This website is informational. It describes our planners and links you to the listings where they are sold. No purchase takes place on this website. There is no shopping cart here, no checkout, and no account to create. Nothing on this site collects a payment.
We try to keep every description, screenshot and feature list on this site accurate and up to date. Screenshots show the product as it ships, using example data. Small differences may exist between a screenshot and the current release as we improve the planners.
4. Buying a planner
Our planners are sold through Etsy. When you click a buy button on this site you are taken to an Etsy listing, and from that point your purchase is a contract between you and us made through Etsy's platform, governed additionally by Etsy's Terms of Use.
Etsy handles payment processing, order confirmation, file delivery, and any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your card details.
Prices shown on this website are indicative and may not reflect currency conversion, local taxes, or a current promotion. The price on the Etsy listing at the moment you check out is the price that applies.
5. Your licence to use the planner
When you buy a planner you are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the underlying work. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:
- download and keep your own copy of the planner file, permanently;
- use it for your own personal purposes, or within your own household;
- install the same copy on as many of your own devices as you like;
- print any of its screens for your own use;
- keep backups of the file and of the data you export from it.
If you want to use a planner across a team, a business, a classroom or a client base, please get in touch — we are happy to discuss it, but it is not covered by the standard licence.
6. What you may not do
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the planner file, whether or not for payment;
- share the file publicly, upload it to a file-sharing or template site, or send it to people who have not bought it;
- publish it on a public web address where it can be used without buying it;
- copy the design, layout, wording, or code in order to create a competing product for sale;
- remove, alter or obscure any branding, copyright notice or attribution in the file;
- claim the planner as your own work, or use it as the basis of a product bundle you sell.
You are welcome to modify your own copy for your own use. Modified copies are still covered by every restriction above, and we cannot provide support for a file you have edited.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the planners — including the code, layout, visual design, colour systems, illustrations, screenshots, guides and written copy — remains our property or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Buying a planner gives you the licence set out in section 5 and nothing more. No trademark, trade name or branding rights are transferred to you.
8. Your data and backups
The planners store everything you enter locally, inside your own browser, on your own device. We have no access to it and no copy of it. This is a deliberate design decision and it is what makes the planners work offline.
The consequence is that your data's safety is in your hands. Clearing your browser data, using private or incognito mode, switching browsers, resetting a device, or certain "clean-up" utilities can delete it permanently. Every planner has a built-in export function for exactly this reason.
We cannot recover data that has been lost, because we never had it. Please export a backup regularly.
9. No professional advice
Our planners are personal organisation tools. They do not provide professional advice of any kind, and you should not treat their output as such.
ADHD Planner for Women
It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose any condition, does not track or advise on medication, and nothing in it constitutes medical, psychological or health advice. Cycle phases are estimates calculated from the dates you enter. They are not a prediction and not a fertility indicator, and the planner must not be used for contraception or to plan a pregnancy. Any pattern it reports is the arithmetic of the ratings you entered, not a clinical finding.
Payoff Path debt tracker
It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, debt counselling, investment or legal advice. Payoff figures are projections calculated from the balances, interest rates and payments you enter, using a standard monthly interest model. Lenders may apply fees, daily interest, promotional rates or changing minimum payments, so real-world outcomes can differ.
For decisions that matter, please speak to a qualified professional in your own country.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, rename or withdraw a planner at any time. A file you have already bought keeps working regardless — it is a file on your device, not a service we can switch off.
We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change its content at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
The planners are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for:
- any decision you make based on figures, estimates or patterns produced by a planner;
- loss of data stored in your browser, however caused;
- indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost savings or lost opportunity;
- any failure caused by your browser, device, operating system, or by modifications you made to the file.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the planner concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
12. Third-party services
This website links to Etsy and may link to other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data. Etsy's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to everything that happens on Etsy.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. See our Privacy Policy for what that means.
13. Ending this licence
Your licence ends automatically if you breach section 6. If that happens you must stop using the planner and delete your copies. This does not affect any other rights or remedies we may have.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY], and the courts of [YOUR COUNTRY] have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country, and you may bring proceedings there.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Changes are not retroactive: the terms in force on the day you bought a planner govern that purchase.
16. How to reach us
Questions about these terms are welcome, and we would much rather answer one than have you guess.
Email hello@bigpandapixel.com, or message us through our Etsy shop. See the contact page for response times.
